CBSE Decision Hub is a free platform built specifically for CBSE Class 10 students in India. It provides calculators, guides, and tools that help students understand their results, calculate their percentage correctly, choose the right stream for Class 11, and navigate everything that comes after the board exams. Every tool is free to use, requires no login, and works on any mobile phone.
How This Site Was Built
This site was created by a CBSE Class 10 student who was frustrated with the same problem that lakhs of students face every year — confusing, scattered, and often wrong information about how CBSE results actually work.
During exam season, friends were asking basic questions that had no clear answers online. How exactly does the Best of 5 rule work? Does IT really replace Maths in the calculation? What percentage do I need for Science stream? Every search result gave a different answer — most of them vague, outdated, or just wrong.
So instead of waiting for someone else to solve this, the site was built from scratch — starting with a Best of 5 calculator that actually handled the Skill Subject replacement correctly, then growing into a full hub of tools and guides covering everything a Class 10 student needs from exam day to Class 11 admission.
The site is maintained and updated regularly to keep all information accurate for the current academic session (2025–26).
How Our Tools and Guides Are Made
Every calculator and guide on this site is built on official CBSE rules — not guesswork or forum posts. Here is exactly how the content is produced and verified.
Based on Official CBSE Documents
All calculation logic — Best of 5, Skill Subject replacement, grading, passing criteria — is cross-checked against official CBSE Examination Bye-Laws and circulars published on cbse.gov.in.
Updated Every Session
CBSE rules can change year to year. We actively check for any updates to passing criteria, subject replacement rules, and grading systems before each session and update every affected page.
No Data Stored
All calculators run entirely in your browser. No marks, percentages, or personal information you enter is ever sent to any server or stored anywhere. Your data stays on your device only.
Built for Mobile First
Most CBSE students check results on their phones. Every tool and page on this site is designed and tested primarily on mobile screens before anything else.
Our accuracy commitment: If you find any calculation error or outdated information on any page, please contact us immediately through the Contact page. We take corrections seriously and update pages within 24 hours of a verified error being reported.
